Dr. Tonda Mabasa Medical Practice provides general medical and specialist-referral services. All clinical decisions are made at the discretion of the treating practitioner. Online bookings are requests only and are not confirmed until you receive a written or telephonic confirmation from the practice. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments where necessary. Patients are requested to give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Telehealth consultations are conducted in compliance with HPCSA Telehealth Guidelines. These are suitable for non-emergency consultations only. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 10177 or go to your nearest emergency room. Telehealth consults may not be suitable for all conditions.
We accept most major medical aids. Accounts not covered by medical aid must be settled on the day of service. All fees are billed at NRPL (National Reference Price List) rates. We reserve the right to charge a consultation fee regardless of medical aid coverage for certain services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, booking system, or telehealth services. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the consultation in question.
